Busy on Cloud Price in India 2026: Plans, Features and What's Included
At Hosting Safari, Busy on Cloud costs ₹290 per month for a single user (₹3,480 per year). For teams, it is ₹250 per user per month for up to 5 users and ₹220 per user per month for 6 to 15 users. GST at 18% is extra, and the BUSY software licence is separate.

What is Busy on Cloud?
Busy on Cloud means your BUSY accounting software runs on a secure Windows server in a data centre instead of a computer in your office. You and your team log in from a laptop, desktop, Mac or mobile and work on the same company data at the same time, from the office, from home or while travelling.
BUSY itself works exactly as it does today. Your vouchers, inventory, GST returns and reports look the same. The only difference is where the software and data live, and who looks after the server.

What you actually pay in a year (with GST)

What is included in the price
- The cloud server: Windows Server with the RAM, processor and storage shown for your plan.
- Setup: we install BUSY on the server and create a login for each user.
- Access from any device: web access on all plans, plus RDP (remote desktop) access on Gold and Diamond.
- Remote printing: print invoices and reports on the printer next to you.
- User rights and permissions: each person sees only what they should.
- Daily backup, a dedicated IP, SSL encryption and the option of two-factor login on Gold and Diamond plans.
- Management and support: our team looks after the server, updates and security.
What is not included
Read this part before you compare quotes, because these are the items that make one offer look cheaper than another:
- GST: 18% is added to every plan price.
- The BUSY licence: the hosting price does not include the BUSY software licence. If you already own BUSY, tell us when you sign up and we will set it up on the server.
- Extra storage: if your company data grows beyond your plan's storage, you will need a bigger plan or more space.
- Other paid software: Gold and Diamond plans let you install other software on the server, but any licences for that software are your own.
Busy on Cloud vs running BUSY on an office computer
Running BUSY on an office PC has no monthly hosting bill, but it has costs that are easy to forget: a reliable computer or server that stays on all day, a UPS, antivirus, someone to take backups, and IT help when something goes wrong. Remote access usually needs extra tools, and if that one computer fails, so does your accounting.
With Busy on Cloud, those jobs move to the hosting provider for a fixed monthly fee. For a single user at ₹290 a month, the cloud plan often costs less than the time and hardware spent keeping an office machine running safely.
